I’m not happy at all. The product quality was a letdown, and when I tried to get support, that was disappointing too. Whoever runs this really needs to sort things out because the whole experience was just frustrating...

I ordered from audionic and had to reach out to customer service for an update on my delivery. To be fair, they did reply and they did help me in the end, so there’s that. It just took longer than I expected, and the responses were basic, like I was supposed to be grateful for the bare minimum. Overall, not a terrible experience, just very average. It would be much better if they replied a bit faster and gave more useful updates.

The sound is okay, nothing amazing but it does the job. The problem for me is the fit. After about 30–40 minutes, my ears start hurting and it feels way too tight. I tried adjusting it a few times, but it still doesn’t feel comfortable enough for longer use. Maybe it’s alright for short calls, but I wouldn’t use it for hours. i expected better comfort from Audionic. Also, dealing with automated support systems when you have an actual issue just makes the whole experience more annoying.

I ordered this expecting to use it for something I had already planned, but they sent me the wrong item. It totally threw everything off and ruined what I had set up. Really frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again

I don’t want to be too harsh, but the design just didn’t really work for me. It feels a bit boring and kind of outdated, so I’d probably hesitate to use it unless the look gets refreshed.

I bought this from Audionic the mic is pretty much useless. Every time I use it, people tell me my voice sounds too low and there’s a lot of noise in the background, even when I’m sitting right near it. I tried it with both my phone and laptop, thinking maybe it was just one device, but... same problem. Really not happy with it, feels like I just wasted my money.

I really wanted to like this, but the volume is just too low for me. Even turned all the way up, it’s hard to hear clearly. I kind of regret buying it because I expected it to be much louder

How am I supposed to trust a product when the packaging itself looks questionable? The sound was really flat, and the battery drained way faster than what they claimed. I checked a few details online, and that only made me more doubtful. When I contacted support, I just got copy-paste replies with no clear answer about whether the earbuds were genuine or not. What’s the point of support if they can’t even answer a simple question? Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be buying from here again

I contacted support thinking it would be a simple process, but they just kept asking me for the same things over and over again — invoice, pictures, video, and all that. It felt like extra work on my side for something that should have been handled properly by them. After sending everything, I still didn’t get any clear update. Replies were slow, and nobody explained what would happen next. A warranty only matters if the company actually helps you when there’s a problem. Really disappointing experience for me.

I bought these earbuds mainly for the noise cancellation, but i don’t feel like it works very well. I can still hear the fan running, traffic outside, and pretty much all the background noise I was hoping they’d block out. Maybe my expectations were too high, but to me, the noise cancellation feels almost useless. Disappointing purchase.

I was disappointed with these headphones. When I first took them out of the box, they already felt kind of cheap, but I figured they’d be fine for everyday use. After about two weeks, the plastic near the hinge cracked, and I wasn’t even being rough with them. The sound was okay overall, but the build quality really let me down

i mean, it works okay when the sound is actually playing, but it keeps cutting in and out randomly. It gets annoying, especially when I’m trying to watch something or listen without interruptions.
